When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email, suburb, job details and any photos you send. We may also collect basic website analytics such as pages visited and device type.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you, prepare quotes, schedule and complete work, invoice and meet our legal obligations. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run the business, such as our CRM, email and accounting systems, and your insurer if you ask us to provide documentation for a claim.
